Processing time
All ready-to-ship (RTS) orders are shipped within 1-4 business days. Preorders may take 1-4 weeks depending on the item.
If you'd like to receive your order by a specific date, please contact me before you place the order using the "Messenger" button. I will respond to all messages as soon as I can.
SHIPPING
Peach Stitch currently offers FREE domestic US shipping for orders over $275.Domestic Shipping
U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail (estimated shipping time - 5-7 business days). Tracking number is always provided to your email inbox for your convenience. I highly recommend Shop App as a great way to track all your purchases.
Domestic orders weighing over 1 lb are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail (estimated shipping time - 1-3 business days) or UPS Ground - depending on which rate gives the best results depending on the customer's location.
International Shipping
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail service. Tracking number is always provided for your convenience. (Except for a few countries like New Zealand etc that don't support USPS First Class Service due to COVID. I'm using UPS Expedited rates for those. Contact me if you'll have any questions.)
Please note that you assume all responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.
Missing packages
Peach Stitch is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. I cannot replace or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left my hands.
I strongly encourage you to choose the ROUTE order protection option during checkout to make sure you are covered in case your package gets lost, damaged, or stolen during transit & delivery. With ROUTE, you will be able to get either a refund or a replacement if one of those terrible scenarios do play out (replacements are subject to availability).
The Route Package Protection is $1.50 for orders under $100 USD and 3% for orders over $100.
(UPD. With the appearance of the new Ground Advantage shipping option all orders are automatically shipped with a $100 insurance, so adding $1.50 Route protection to “$100 and under” orders would just speed the process of getting reimbursed to 24-48 hours)
By placing an order with Peach Stitch, you are automatically agreeing to the terms above.
Returns
If the unprocessed order was cancelled due to the buyer’s remorse - the refund amount would subjected to 4% restocking fee to cover original transaction fees.
In the rare case of returns I will happily accept them for regular unused items in new condition. Customers are responsible for shipping the items back, and the refund will be given in the form of payment received excluding the original shipping cost and 4% restocking fee. Custom made items though cannot be exchanged or refunded for. Please contact me before sending the items back. If there was any package "returned to sender" without contacting me first, the 10% restocking fee will be taken from your refund amount.
Please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order - I will do my best to make it right.

Props care
Hand washing only - water should be room temperature or lower. After washing, air dry by placing the item on a flat surface to avoid deformation.
