Processing time

All ready-to-ship (RTS) orders are shipped within 1-2 business days. Preorders may take 1-4 weeks depending on the item.

If you'd like to receive your order by a specific date, please contact me before you place the order using the "Messenger" button. I will respond to all messages as soon as I can.



Peach Stitch currently offers FREE domestic US shipping for orders over $250.

    Domestic Shipping

    U.S. orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail (estimated shipping time - 5-7 business days). Tracking number is always provided to your email inbox for your convenience. I highly recommend Shop App as a great way to track all your purchases.

    Domestic orders weighing over 1 lb are automatically upgraded to USPS Priority Mail  (estimated shipping time - 1-3 business days) or UPS Ground - depending on which rate gives the best results depending on the customer's location.

    International Shipping

    International orders are shipped via USPS First Class International mail service. Tracking number is always provided for your convenience. (Except for a few countries like New Zealand etc that don't support USPS First Class Service due to COVID. I'm using UPS Expedited rates for those. Contact me if you'll have any questions.)

    Please note that you assume all responsibility for any customs and import taxes that may apply. I'm not responsible for any delays caused by the shipping carrier or customs.

    Missing packages

    For Domestic (US) packages: contact @peachstitch (IG or FB page) with your order number and tracking information. I will contact USPS/UPS and file a missing package claim. I'll keep you updated on the results as they will try to relocate the package, or confirm the delivery of the package.

    Peach Stitch is not responsible for any items lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once they have been shipped. I can not replace, or issue a refund for packages lost, stolen, or confirmed as delivered once the package has left my hands.



    In the rare case of returns I will happily accept them for regular unused items in new condition.  Customers are responsible for shipping the items back, and the refund will be given in the form of payment received excluding the original shipping cost. Custom made items though cannot be exchanged or refunded for. Please contact me before sending the items back. If there was any package "returned to sender" without contacting me first, the 10% restocking fee will be taken from your refund amount.

    Please let me know as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order - I will do my best to make it right.



    All photos used in the store are subject to copyright agreements for use in this store only. Please do not reuse the images for your own commercial purposes.


    Props care

    Hand washing only - water should be room temperature or lower. After washing, air dry by placing the item on a flat surface to avoid deformation.


    Please note that colors of products may not be displayed accurately on digital screens. The actual colors of products received may vary slightly from the way they appear online.
